Hi, I’m Sarita Johan, founder of The Inner Boardroom.

For over three decades, I’ve worked with leaders, founders, and teams across business, design, construction, and professional services supporting them at pivotal moments where external success no longer guarantees internal clarity.

The Inner Boardroom emerged from this work as both a physical space and a conceptual one: a place where reflection is structured, conversations are meaningful, and decisions are made from alignment rather than pressure.

It is where:
Strategy meets spirit, so leadership feels authentic again.
Structure meets energy, so clarity replaces overwhelm.
Head meets heart, so decisions move from force to flow.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to create the conditions where insight, clarity, and grounded action naturally emerge.

The Wish is an experiential process that unlocks clarity, alignment, and forward momentum by working at an energetic level beyond strategy alone.

Facilitated through 1:1 sessions and intimate group experiences of up to 12 people, this work is particularly suited for CEOs, senior decision-makers, executives, and leadership teams navigating complexity, transition, or internal stagnation.
